PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, by forming one surface of a heat-conductive sheet having a moderate tackiness, the workability and reworkability of the heat-conductive sheet.SOLUTION: A heat-conductive sheet is obtained by laminating a tacky heat-conductive layer and a non-tacky resin layer. The tacky heat-conductive layer includes an acrylic resin and a heat-conductive filler, the glass transition point of the acrylic resin is -80 to 15°C, the tackiness thereof is greater than the tackiness of the non-tacky resin layer, the glass transition point of the non-tacky resin layer is 60 to 110°C, and the tackiness thereof is 6-30 kN/min terms of the probe tack measured by pressing and then peeling, onto and from the non-tacky resin layer, a made-of-aluminum cylindrical probe under conditions of pressing rate of 30 mm/min, peeling rate of 120 mm/min, load of 196 g, pressing time of 5.0 sec, pulling distance of 5 mm, probe heating temperature of 40°C, and sheet stage heating temperature of 40°C. The T-type peel strength between the non-tacky resin layer and tacky heat-conductive layer is alternatively 0.2 N/cm or higher. |
