The present invention relates to a health management system using a wearable device which can help accurately recognize information on an amount of exercise and a user′s exercise record using a wearable device and allow a trainer to directly identify the information, thereby providing customized checks and measures for the user. More specifically, the present invention includes: a wearable device worn on the user′s body to generate a motion detection signal; a user terminal in which motion patterns for various exercise items are stored, to analyze the motion detection signal transmitted from the wearable device, and measuring an amount of exercise and an exercise record of a corresponding exercise item; and an operating server to transmit and receive data through the user terminal and the wired and wireless communication networks, storing exercise information including the amount of exercise and the exercise record transmitted from the user terminal for the exercise items, and providing response information when the user terminal requests the information. |
