METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY FOR PIEZOELECTRIC SPEAKER

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a diaphragm assembly for a piezoelectric speaker which significantly improves the productivity by simply and easily adhering a frame and a diaphragm and smoothly preventing reduction of an output sound pressure. The manufacturing method comprises: a frame preparation step; a diaphragm expansion step; a first frame adhesion step; a diaphragm cutting step; and a second frame adhesion step. According to the present invention, the first frame and second frame are manufactured in the same size with a metal material. Therefore, the frame and the diaphragm can be assembled more simply. The rigidity of the frame itself is significantly improved to have an effect of more smoothly supporting the diaphragm.
