<p>The present invention relates to an ultra-fine fiber filter for collecting dust in order to effectively filter fine dust or foreign substances included in the air, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides an ultra-fine fiber filter for collecting dust, which is formed by weaving multiple multi-filaments in a net form, wherein the multi-filaments are formed by twisting 24-48 strains of mono-filaments to 50-100 denier. Accordingly, the ultra-fine filter for collecting dust of the present invention has less pressure loss and an excellent dust collecting performance, and therefore, can effectively filter fine dust or foreign substances in comparison with existing PP mesh pre-filters. Furthermore, the ultra-fine filter for collecting dust of the present invention can filter more air volume at the same strength, which allows usage of a relatively small scale blowing motor, thereby obtaining effects of reducing electricity consumption, reducing noise, reducing manufacturing costs, etc.</p> |
