PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oolong tea beverage producing both of a sensation derived from a conventional oolong tea beverage and a sensation derived from a jasmine tea beverage, with prolonged effect of the sensations.SOLUTION: The oolong tea beverage includes linalool and methyl salicylate. The content of linalool is 0.2 mg/L or more, and the content of methyl salicylate is 0.015 mg/L or more. Preferably the beverage is made from oolong tea leaves flavored with the aroma which a jasmine flower has. Preferably the beverage contains tannin with a content of 750 mg/L or less. |
