PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a urethane foam molding capable of homogeneously mixing liquid ingredients and a filler regardless of the mixing ratio and size of the filler; and an apparatus for agitating foamed urethane resin ingredients used for the same.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing a urethane foam molding where a urethane foam molding is manufactured by foaming and molding foamable urethane resin ingredients including a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component, and a filler is furnished with a housing step of housing the foamable urethane resin ingredients within a hermetic container 5, an agitation step of agitating the foamable urethane resin ingredients by reciprocally mobilizing the hermetic container 5 so as to induce repeated inversions of mobilizing directions of the foamable urethane resin ingredients following collisions thereof with wall surfaces of the hermetic container 5 due to inertia, and a foaming and molding step of foaming and molding the agitated foamable urethane resin ingredients.
