In a second synchronization system switched from the first synchronization control system, the first motor (23) is decelerated by a deceleration instruction generated by a deceleration instruction generation part (29), and the second motor (13) is decelerated synchronously with the first motor by a movement instruction generated on the basis of a position feedback value which is supplied to the second amplifier (12) via a third communication line (31) and is controlled by the first motor (23).
