The present invention relates to an inductor. The inductor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a core layer which includes a conductive pattern on the surface thereof and a through hole on a region without the conductive pattern, and a magnetic layer which covers the core layer. The magnetic layer includes: a filling unit which is filled in the through hole and has high magnetic filling density, and a cover part which covers the surface of the core layer and has low magnetic filling density in comparison with the filling unit.
