The present invention relates to an initial start-up device of a microcontroller with a built-in non-volatile memory. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the initial start-up device of a microcontroller with a built-in non-volatile memory includes: a command storage unit (10) which comprises non-volatile memories storing a plurality of commands; a central processing unit (40) which fetches, interprets, and executes the commands stored in the command storage unit (10); a data memory storing the data according to the commands executed by the central processing unit (40); an peripheral device which is connected to the central processing unit (40) to communicate with an external source or execute specific functions; and a clock generating unit outputting a clock signal. |
