In the present invention, disclosed is an induction heating system for a bolt. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the induction heating system for the bolt includes: a body which includes a condition setting unit to input a heating condition in accordance to the dimensions and standards of the bolt; and a cooling fluid supply unit and a heating unit formed with a disassemblable structure heating the bolt by an induction heating method by a high frequency, wherein a plurality of heating units are detachably connected to the body.
