An electric oven and a phase control method thereof can keep the RPM of the fan motor constant by calculating the mean value of interrupt signals and controlling the phase. An electric oven comprises an interrupt generation part(14) generating predetermined interrupt signals with respect to external power supply, and a controller(22) recognizing the external interrupt signals and calculating the mean value of the interrupt signals. According to a phase control method of the electric oven, the mean value of interrupt signals corresponding to external power supply is calculated and fans of the electric oven are driven based on the mean value. |
