A monitoring camera device can prevent damage to lenses or generation of scratches caused by friction or impact from the outside during transportation for installation and/or preparation for installation, and also can reduce the waste of resources and environmental problems. A monitoring camera device according to the present invention includes a camera unit, a main body bracket, and a support-stand. The camera unit obtains a monitoring video for a surrounding area. The main body bracket includes a support surface attached to the outside of the camera unit, and one or more coupling surfaces which vertically extend from the support surface and in which a hinge hole is formed. The support-stand includes a base part which supports the camera unit as being in contact with the bottom in a non-installation state and is mounted in the support surface in an installation state, and a support part upwardly extending from the base part. The support part is hinge-coupled with the main body bracket. The support-stand is installed to be locked at one of a plurality of fixing positions in a state of being hinge-coupled with the main body bracket. |
