PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound capacitor in which a heat dissipation member is brought into contact with and fixed on an inner wall of a bottom metal case without providing a protrusion pressing the heat dissipation member on a sealing plate and the heat dissipation member is prevented from being in contact with an extraction lead tab, the wound capacitor in which a capacitor element having a winding core in the center is formed by winding a material to be wound while holding the material between a pair of winding shafts, and which includes the extraction lead tab which is extracted from one end face of the capacitor element.SOLUTION: The wound capacitor is disclosed in which an U-shaped heat dissipation member is inserted into a winding core of a capacitor element from a side opposite to an extraction lead tab so as to fill two spaces formed within the winding core of by extracting a pair of winding shafts. |
