PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition and an optical member with an adhesive which suppress voids and have sufficient tackiness and excellent processing workability, and to provide a display device for displaying an image with less voids.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises: 100 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylic polymer(A) containing a reactive functional group; 5 to 15 pts.mass of a hydroxyl group-containing multi-functional (meth) acrylate (B) having at least one hydroxyl group and at least two (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule; 5 to 20 pts.mass of a tolylene diisocyanate-based compound; and a photoinitiator (D).
