PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact temperature sensor capable of restricting a viewing angle, while suppressing deterioration of sensitivity, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The non-contact temperature sensor includes a sensor part 2 and a support member 3 supporting the sensor part. The sensor part includes a band-like insulating film 6, a first heat sensitive element 4A and a second heat sensitive element 4B provided on the lower surface of the insulating film, a first wiring film formed on the lower surface of the insulating film and connected to the first heat sensitive element and a second wiring film connected to the second heat sensitive element, an infrared reflection film 5 provided on the upper surface of the insulating film, to face the second heat sensitive element, and a plurality of terminal electrodes formed on the lower surface of the insulating film and connected to the first wiring film and the second wiring film. The support member includes a plurality of connection terminals 11 whose top ends are connected to the terminal electrodes, a film support part 12 supporting the insulating film in such a state that the upper surface of the insulating film is curved to be a concavely curved surface, and a base part 13 holding the connection terminals and the film support part. |
