<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of preventing degradation of performance and lowering of reliability due to excessive compression, by more effectively relieving a refrigerant in a compression chamber in an excessively compressed state.SOLUTION: A scroll compressor 100 is provided with a discharge relief flow channel 25 for relieving an excessively-compressed refrigerant to a discharge port 1d, on a tooth bottom portion 1g inside of a plate-shaped spiral tooth 1b within a range ofθs≤θ≤θs+2πwhen a winding start angle of the plate-shaped spiral tooth 1b isθs, independently from the discharge port 1d. A float valve 23 playing the role of opening and closing the discharge relief flow channel 25, is accommodated in a base board portion 1a of a fixed scroll 1 in a state of being pressed by a spring 22 from its back face.</p> |
