<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a temperature sensor having an improved manufacturing yield, and a temperature sensor having less fault when used.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor comprises: a cylindrical protective cover; a cylindrical material contacted with the internal surface thereof; and a thermosensitive element arranged inside the cylindrical material and a matrix phase formed in a space between the temperature sensor and the cylindrical material. A method for manufacturing the temperature sensor includes forming a matrix phase by charging and heating a filler in the space between the cylindrical material and the temperature sensor arranged in the inside.</p> |
