PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure good lubricity of a roll caliber tool required for cold rolling of a metallic plate all the time regardless of a rolling condition of the metallic plate, and as a result, perform stable cold rolling relative to various types of metallic plates with a wide strength range without excessively increasing a rolling load.SOLUTION: A lubricating oil supply device 1 in one embodiment includes: a circulating oil supply system 2 for using emulsion rolling oil 20 for lubrication between a pressure roll of a cold rolling mill 30 and a steel plate 25 and for cooling of the pressure roll in a circulating manner; and a low temperature rolling oil supply mechanism 12 for preparing low temperature emulsion rolling oil 21 having lower temperature than the emulsion rolling oil 20 in response to the rolling condition of the steel plate 25 and supplying the low temperature emulsion rolling oil 21 to the circulating oil supply system 2. The circulating oil supply system 2 supplies mixed emulsion rolling oil of the emulsion rolling oil 20 and the low temperature emulsion rolling oil 21, the emulsion rolling oil 20 or the low temperature emulsion rolling oil 21 to an inlet side of the pressure roll. |
