PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor element (MBOT) which can be stably provided especially by a simple manufacturing process, especially by a process using a coating printing method, and which has a structure capable of mass production, and which achieves large current amplification at a low voltage and excellent on/off ratio.SOLUTION: A transistor element comprises: a sheet-like base electrode arranged between an emitter electrode and a collector electrode; p-type organic semiconductor layers respectively provided on a surface side and a rear face side of the base electrode; and a hole transmission promotion layer provided between the base electrode and the p-type organic semiconductor layer on the emitter electrode side, in which the hole transmission promotion layer is a film having conductive polymer. |
