PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device that is able to reduce a ratio of erroneous detection of frame length.SOLUTION: A terminal device 1 generates a radio frame made up of Ndata frames with frame length representing a wake-up signal to activate an access point 2, and Ndummy frames added after the Ndata frames. Then, the terminal device 1 consecutively transmits (N+ N) frames made up of the Ndata frames and the Ndummy frames at a constant interval. At least one data frame of the Ndata frames has different frame length between two different radio frames indicating a wake-up signal.
