PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that even when single event upset is detected, a long time is required for restoration in a logic circuit.SOLUTION: The state control device includes: first and second state holding registers for storing data constituted of a plurality of bit width indicating a control state; and a SEU detection part for detecting the occurrence of single event upset in at least one of the first and second state holding registers. The state control device is configured to, when detecting the occurrence of the single event upset in the first state holding register, notify the first state holding register of the data stored in the second state holding register, and to instruct the correction of the data of the first state holding register, and to, when detecting the occurrence of the single event setup in the second state holding register, notify the second state holding register of the data stored in the first state holding register, and to instruct the correction of the data of the second state holding register. |
