PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening part insulation tool capable of easily performing insulation and fastening when metal members are fastened and secured to each other.SOLUTION: A fastening part insulation tool 13 is configured to perform insulation between a plurality of metal members that are respectively provided with a screw insertion hole 9 of a fastening screw 14 and a screw hole 10. The fastening part insulation tool 13 includes: a resin plate 11 with a collar having a collar 11A for insulating the edge of the screw insertion hole 9 and the fastening screw 14; and a resin plate 12 with a stop pawl which holds a tube plate fastening part 7 of a tube plate 4 together with the resin plate 11 with the collar so as to secure the positions of the resin plate 11 with the collar and the tube plate 4, and insulates the tube plate 4 and a support pillar 8.
