PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric transducer capable of selectively performing photoelectric conversion of light in a plurality of wavelength bands with a simple structure, and a light detection method using the same.SOLUTION: A photoelectric transducer 100 includes: a semiconductor substrate 101; a light absorption layer 102; an optical resonator 106; and modulation means for modulating the resonant wavelength band of the optical resonator 106. The light absorption layer 102 has one or more quantum-trapping structures selected from a group composed of a quantum dot, a quantum wire, and a quantum well. The modulation means includes input units 214 and 215 that receive a supply voltage form a voltage source. |
