PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ceramic composition which has a high relative dielectric constant and can suppress lowering of the relative dielectric constant even when a high DC voltage is applied and a ceramic electronic part which uses the ceramic composition and keeps a high capacity even when a DC voltage is applied.SOLUTION: A ceramic composition has a general formula of (BiSr)(FeTi)O, where 0.2≤x≤0.7 and 0.2≤y≤0.7, and its sintered body has an average particle size of 1.0 μm or smaller.
