PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch capable of being stably stored in an inverted state and facilitating drawing of a content.SOLUTION: The pouch comprises: a pouch container 2 which is flexible and which is formed by heat sealing the surrounding storing a content; a bung hole 3 of the content provided on one side of the pouch container 2 and having a spout; and a cap 4 detachable to the bung hole 3. The content is bunged by extruding the pouch container 2, and the bung hole 3 is fitted in a recess part 10 disposed on the cap 4 to be stored in an inverted state. On the cap 4, a slit S to which a heat seal part 15 of a shoulder part 8 of the pouch container 2 can be fitted is formed on an upper end side part of the recess part 10.
