PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen extraction kit capable of improving specimen extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A specimen extraction kit includes: a cylindrical container 10 having flexibility to store an extraction liquid; two holding parts 21 facing each other across a peripheral wall of the cylindrical container 10; a leaf spring part 25 which connects the two holding parts 21 facing each other; and a bending rib 23 which is provided in the holding parts 21 facing each other and bends the cylindrical container 10 and an extraction member EM.
