<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence of stray light when detecting radiation.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes: pixels P each having a photodiode 111A; a light guide part provided for each pixel P, disposed on a light receiving side of a pixel P, and guiding light to a pixel P; a planarization film 113B covering a light receiving side of a pixel P; a boundary part 47, having refractive index different from that of the planarization film 113B, and disposed in a surrounding of the pixels P when the pixels P are viewed in a direction perpendicular to a plane on which pixels P are arranged.
