<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the management of duty situations such that the duty situations of employees can be executed as scheduled.SOLUTION: A duty management support system includes a storage part for storing duty situation data indicating the duty situations of object employees, and supports the management of the duty situations on the basis of the duty situation data stored in the storage part. A duty situation detection part detects the duty situations of the object employees for each object employee on the basis of the duty situation data indicating the duty situations of the object employees and the duty plan data indicating the duty plans of the object employees. When difference amounts between the duty plans of the object employees and the duty situations of the object employees exceed a predetermined range, a notification processing part notifies the manager of the object employees of a message for encouraging the examination of the improvement of the way the object employees work.</p> |
