The present invention includes a light emitting layer which emits light and a lens array which is formed on the light emitting layer and includes a plurality of scattering members which are dispersed therein. Therefore, according to embodiments of the present invention, an image blur phenomenon is suppressed without the degradation of light extraction efficiency by forming the lens array with the dispersed scattering members on a light emitting layer. |
