<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic fiber having an excellent anti-pilling property, a soft touch, and an excellent work passage tolerance through a high-order work.SOLUTION: The provided anti-pilling acrylic fiber which is an acrylic fiber having a single fiber fineness of 0.5-1.7 dtex and a tensile strength of 2.6 cN/dtex or higher in a state where the crystallite size and degree of crystal orientation of the acrylic fiber are respectively 6.5-7.5 nm and 0.8 or higher is manufactured by subjecting, to spinning, solidifying, stretching, and dry densifying treatments, a raw spinning liquid including an acrylonitrile-based copolymer obtained by copolymerizing at least 94 mol% of acrylonitrile, 2-5 mol% of an ethylenic vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the acrylonitrile, and 0.2-0.7 mol% of a sulfonate group-containing vinyl monomer.</p> |
