Bidirectional switch using the inverse operation mode MOSFET transistors consists of two MOSFET transistors (T1) and (T2) with internal or external diodes (D1) and (D2), connected in anti-parallel way. Device is characterized in that while the two transistors are switching at the same time, one of the transistors operates at the switching mode and the other at an inverted mode, in parallel with its diode.
