PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight, robust, and small closure that has sufficient waterproofness and splash-proofness and corresponds to connection to a small number of fiber core wires.SOLUTION: The closure stores, in a sleeve, an end surface grommet 3 to be attached to a cable introduction part, a cable presser foot 4 for pressing a jacket of an optical cable, a tension fixing metal fitting 5 for holding and fixing a tension member of the optical cable, an extra length storage tray 6 for storing the connection part and extra length of a fiber core wire and pressing a drop cable, a core wire protective sheet 7 for preventing the core wire from being caught by the sleeve when the sleeve is opened or closed, and a coupling rod 8 for fixing them. |
