PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure surface pressure distribution in detail.SOLUTION: A surface pressure distribution inspection device includes: a placing unit for placing an object to be measured; a plurality of electrodes arranged on a surface of the placing unit; a voltage application unit which applies a voltage to different two electrodes out of the electrodes; a current measurement unit which measures a value of a current flowing in the two electrodes via the object to be measured; and a pressing unit which presses the object to be measured with the placing unit.
