<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of an insulated AD converter that when trying to perform signal transmission by mechanical vibration in order to obtain a high withstand voltage, the transfer time is not constant and not synchronized, and thereby it is difficult to process a signal modulated in the time direction, such as aΔΣmodulation signal.SOLUTION: A transmission electrode pair and a reception electrode pair that are a SAW delay line, and a SAW resonator generating a timing required for AD conversion operation and demodulation operation are formed on the same piezoelectric single crystal. When using this SAW element for modulation signal transmission between an input side modulation circuit 20 and an output side modulation circuit 30, an AD converter capable of ensuring correct synchronization even if mechanical signal transmission is used for electrical insulation between the input and output, can be configured.</p> |
