The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molded object from a mold including an inner cavity that includes one or more compartments (83, 95), and at least one removable part (77) present in said inner cavity, said object being made of a cured organic or inorganic material, said method including, consecutively, at least one cycle of the following steps: a) a step of completely filling at least one compartment (83, 95) of the inner cavity of the mold, said compartment having a shape corresponding to all or part of the desired object to be obtained, with a liquid composition curable by chemical reaction in order to form said material, said composition including at least one solvent; b) a step of curing, by chemical reaction, said composition within said mold; c) a step of removing at least one removable part (77) from said mold; and d) a step of drying the cured composition obtained in step b) within said mold, wherein all or part of steps a) through d) can be reiterated using a curable liquid composition identical to or different from the one used during said cycle until the molded object is obtained, and wherein said mold, at least during the implementation of each step d), is a closed chamber, the walls of which form a border between the inner cavity and the outside of the mold and are made of at least one material capable of allowing the gases from said step d) to be discharged. |
