This laminate (5) comprises a base (1) having a surface, an atomic layer deposited film (3) that covers the surface of the base (1) and has a film thickness of from 3 nm to 500 nm (inclusive), and an overcoat layer (4) that covers the atomic layer deposited film (3). If ta is the thickness of the atomic layer deposited film (3) and tOC is the thickness of the overcoat layer (4), the thickness of the overcoat layer (4) satisfies the following relation: ta < tOC < 50ta.
