This metal heating element is characterized in that an elongated metal flat plate is wound in a helical manner, whereby the entire object is formed into a hollow striated shape, the perpendicular cross-section diameter in relation to the longitudinal direction being 0.5-10 times the lateral width of the metal flat plate, at least five times the thickness of the metal flat plate, and no greater than 35 mm.</p> |
