The present invention relates to a pellet device. With regard to its composition, a raw ingredient transferring device (8) is mounted on the top of an extruding device (10) equipped on a general pellet device. The raw ingredient transferring device (8) installs a rotating plate (89′) in order to be assembled and disassembled through a coupling member (b) such as a bolt on a fixing plate (89) so as to be rotated based on a post (88) at the rear bottom thereof. 2-4 paths (61) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of a top case (6), and the bottom of the paths (61) are connected with the inside of the top case (6). The top ends thereof are exposed to the outside. A bevel gear (g) is mounted on the bottom end of a spindle (3). A speed reduction motor (7) horizontally installs a bevel gear (g′) engaged with the bevel gear (g) on a motor shaft. In the present invention, raw ingredients are uniformly supplied, so that overloading is prevented, the pellets are uniformized, and marketability is maximized. Through the 2-4 discharging paths (61) formed in the top case (6), overloading applied to an extruding tool (4) is prevented, and overloading applied to the spindle (3) and speed reduction motor (7) is also preemptively prevented, so that the lifespan of the pellet device is increased and reliability is maximized. |
