PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reduction effect of a power consumption when charge recycling is performed among a plurality of circuit blocks.SOLUTION: A share block combination list having data items of a supply block ID, a supply block control time, a block ID to be supplied, a block control time to be supplied, and power supply presence/absence information is prepared based on power supply control information transmitted from an external device. A group integrating a plurality of share block combination lists is prepared as a share block combination group so that each group has one share block in which control time information comes earliest. For each share block combination group, a power P which benefits due to the sharing of a power supply is obtained based on parameter information 124. A reconstruction of the power supply control information is performed based on the selected share block combination group. |
