PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker speed conversion system excellent in sound quality, a method of the same, and a speed conversion device.SOLUTION: A speaker speed conversion system includes: a dangerous portion detection part 22 for detecting a dangerous portion of input sound in terms of sound quality; a frame boundary detection part 23 for searching a plurality of points that can be candidates of frame boundaries from the input sound and outputting as the frame boundary, a point among the searched points, which is predicted to be the best in terms of the sound quality; and an OLA (Overlap and Add) part 25 for carrying out speed conversion on the basis of detection result in the frame boundary detection part 23. The frame boundary detection part 23 excludes the dangerous portion in terms of the sound quality detected by the dangerous portion detection part 22 from the frame boundary candidates. |
