PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical inspection device and the like capable of favorably performing an electrical inspection while suppressing flapping of a web-like object.SOLUTION: An electrical inspection device 1 is configured to connect rollers 12a and 12b at a connection part 10 and is disposed with an electrical inspection unit 11 at the connection part 10 so as to be integrated with each other. The rollers 12a and 12b are provided near both sides of the electrical inspection unit 11 respectively and a distance between the rollers is defined to a substantially same length as the length of a work conveyance direction of the electrical inspection unit 11. The electrical inspection unit 11 performs an electrical inspection of a workpiece 3 in noncontact therewith. When inspecting the workpiece 3, the electrical inspection device 1 is disposed such that the rollers 12 and 12b are pressed against the workpiece 3 and, while conveying the workpiece 3 by the rollers 12a and 12b, the electrical inspection unit 11 performs the electrical inspection of the workpiece 3. |
