PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device capable of discharging static electricity more efficiently compared to the conventional art, and an electronic apparatus, etc.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device 100 includes: a pad 300; a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes 215; a VCT electrode 250 commonly electrically connected to a cathode of each of the organic light-emitting diodes 215; and a protection element 312 having one end electrically connected to the pad 300 and the other end electrically connected to the VCT electrode 250. The pad 300 may be arranged along each of at least three sides of outer peripheral sides of a substrate on which the electro-optic device 100 is formed, or may be arranged as one of a plurality of pads arranged along the outer peripheral sides of the substrate. |
