PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation device capable of being downsized without deteriorating beam quality.SOLUTION: A light source device for excitation comprises a semiconductor laser element and a plurality of lenses. The plurality of lenses are held in a holder 30. This holder 30 is a metallic C-shaped frame member and includes a notch on an optical path side of resonance laser light. Each lens is held in the holder 30 by force from two mutually orthogonal directions. In this case, resonance laser light can pass the notch, so an incident angle to a solid-state laser crystal of laser light for excitation can be made small. This makes it possible to downsize the laser oscillation device without deteriorating beam quality.
