PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct photographic information after performing photographing with the temporary photographic information.SOLUTION: A photographic information processing apparatus is configured to correct photographic information after performing photographing with the temporary photographic information relating to the photographing, and comprises: photographic information correction determination means for determining whether to perform correction of the photographic information in response to operation by an operator; image data acquisition means for detecting an X-ray penetrating through a patient to acquire photographed image data; photographic information correction means for correcting the temporary photographic information on the basis of patient information on the patient when it is determined that the correction of the photographic information is performed by the photographic information correction determination means; and image data output means for restricting output of the image data acquired by the image data acquisition means until the temporary photographic information is corrected by the photographic information correction means.
