Provided are a delay circuit and an ultrasonic imaging device having highly accurate delay time, long maximum delay time, and low power consumption. The delay circuit comprises: an input line into which an analog input signal is input; a plurality of analog signal memory elements; an output line; a plurality of sampling switches for controlling connection and disconnection between the input line and the plurality of analog signal memory elements; a plurality of output switches for controlling connection and disconnection between the plurality of analog signal memory elements and the output line; and a clock generation unit for generating a sampling switch control signal for controlling the sampling switch, and an output switch control signal for controlling the output switch. The phase of the sampling switch control signal can be shifted relative to the phase of the output switch control signal. |
