Provided are: a ceramic separation membrane structure which has achieved improved separation performance without lowering permeation performance; and a method for producing this ceramic separation membrane structure. This ceramic separation membrane structure comprises a ceramic porous body (9), a zeolite separation membrane (33) that is arranged on the ceramic porous body (9), and a repair part (34) that is formed of an organic-inorganic hybrid silica repair material. The organic-inorganic hybrid silica is a combination of an organic component and an inorganic component containing silicon.
