An array substrate, a display device and an array substrate maintenance method. The array substrate comprises underlayment (1); a gate-line maintenance line (2) arranged on the underlayment (1); a plurality of mutually parallel data lines (3) arranged above the gate-line maintenance line (2), wherein both ends of each data line (3) are respectively provided with a maintenance part corresponding to the gate-line maintenance line (2); and a conducting layer (7) arranged on each maintenance part, wherein during maintenance, after the conducting layer (7) is melted, the ends of data lines (3) disconnected are electrically connected to the gate-line maintenance line (2). By adding a gate-line maintenance line (2), respectively providing a maintenance part corresponding to the gate-line maintenance line (2) at both ends of each data line (3), and arranging a conducting layer (7) at the maintenance part, when the data lines (3) are disconnected, the data lines (3) are connected to the gate-line maintenance line (2) by melting the conducting layer (7), thereby enabling the disconnected data lines (3) to be connected through the gate-line maintenance line (2). Compared with the prior art, the maintenance efficiency of array substrates after alignment is greatly improved. |
