<p>A method and apparatus for simulating a sound or voice. At least one of a plurality of target recordings is accessed with the device. The target recordings can be a recording of a vocalist other than the user. During a performance of the one accessed target recording at least one sound is received at the device for comparison with the one accessed target recording. The received sound can be from a voice of the user. The received at least one sound is compared with the one accessed target recording. The at least one sound is converted into the accessed target recording with the device. The user's voice is synchronized with the vocalist's voice to have the user sound as if the vocalist is speaking or singing.</p> |
