PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load drive circuit that reduces switching noise in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The load drive circuit includes: a pair of transistors connected in parallel with each other; a load connected in series with the pair of transistors; and a control circuit for controlling on/off the pair of transistors by supplying control currents to control terminals of the transistors, respectively, via at least a pair of current paths presenting different circuit characteristics from each other in accordance with an operating condition. |
