PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-bearing reel shortened in a spool shaft direction.SOLUTION: In a double-bearing reel 10, a reel body 11 comprises a frame 17 having a first side plate 17a, and a second side plate 17b opposed to the first side plate 17a. The reel body 11 has a handle 2 disposed on the side of the second side plate 17b. A spool 14 includes: a cylindrical spool trunk 14a capable of winding a fishing line; a first flange 14b; a second flange 14b; and a mounting part 14d formed integrally with the spool trunk 14a on the inner circumference side of the spool trunk 14a. A spool shaft 26 is rotatably supported on the reel body 11. The first side plate 17a has a cylindrical bearing housing part 24b extending on the inner circumference side of the spool trunk 14a. A first end part of the spool shaft 26 on the side of the first side plate 17a is supported in a bearing housing part 24c by the first bearing 25a housed in the bearing housing part 24b. |
